- Interested candidates must possess at least five (5) credits in WAEC, NECO or GCE in not more than two sittings. The subjects includes; Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
- Candidates must be at least 16 years of age at the time of application.
- Candidates must bring a pencil, eraser, ruler, pen, the original receipt from the cashier, and a certified passport photograph to the examination venue.

- Completed forms and relevant photocopied documents should be returned to the Department of Nursing, Ministry of Health, on or before 16th June 2024.
